    DATA

                                  INSERT INSTALLATION

                     a Remove the clamp screw to install the insert. (H type insert)
                     a Loosen the clamp screw to install the insert. (U type insert)
                     a Correctly mesh the insert and the holder serrations, then slide the insert to the bottom of the slot.
                     a Fasten the clamp screw using the torque wrench provided while holding the insert lightly as shown. (Figure 1)
                     a Check there is no gap between the bottom of the insert and holder. (Figure 2)

                                 INSERT REPLACEMENT

                     a Thoroughly clean the serrations of the holder before installing a new insert.
                        Remove heavy dirt in the holder serrations by using the cleaning plate provided.
